Information we process

When you create an account, we process your username, email address, password verification data, and account plan. Passwords are stored as salted hashes rather than readable passwords.

We also process the flight schedules, notes, display links, preferences, and notification settings you create. If you enable browser notifications, a push-subscription endpoint and related technical keys are stored to deliver those notifications.

02

Payments

Payment card details are handled by Stripe through its payment interface. vScheduler receives subscription and payment references needed to manage your Premium plan; it does not store your full card number.

03

How we use information

We use information to authenticate you, provide and secure the service, save your schedule, deliver requested notifications, administer subscriptions, respond to support requests, and improve reliability.

04

Sharing and retention

We use service providers needed to operate the application, including hosting, database, email, and payment providers. We do not sell personal information.

You can request account deletion from the application. Account data and associated schedule, push-subscription, and personal display records are removed as part of deletion; limited deletion-feedback records may be retained where supplied.

05

Your choices

You can update your account settings, disable notifications in your browser or device, cancel a subscription, or delete your account. Contact support if you need help accessing or correcting account information.
