01

Using vScheduler

You may use vScheduler for lawful virtual-airline and flight-simulation activities. You are responsible for the accuracy of the flight information, schedules, routes, notes, and content you create.

vScheduler is not an air-traffic-control, navigation, dispatch, or safety-critical service. Do not use it to operate real aircraft or make real-world aviation decisions.

02

Accounts and security

Keep your account credentials confidential and notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission. You must provide accurate account information and may not use another person’s account without authorisation.

03

Plans and payments

Free and Premium features are described in the application and may change over time. Premium subscriptions are processed by Stripe. You authorise the applicable recurring charges until you cancel, unless a specified owner offer or other written arrangement says otherwise.

You can cancel a paid subscription in the application. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current paid period, so Premium access continues until then.

04

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with the platform, introduce malicious code, or upload unlawful, infringing, or abusive content.

If your account has been found to abuse the platform in between plans, your account will be removed immediately.

05

Availability and changes

We aim to keep vScheduler available, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may update, suspend, or discontinue features when reasonably necessary.
